There is something deeply comforting about receiving Reiki in a quiet, nurturing space. My in-person sessions are offered from my cozy home office, intentionally designed to feel safe, peaceful, and welcoming.

When you arrive, we begin with a gentle check-in to discuss how you’ve been feeling—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This time allows us to set an intention for your session and ensures your experience is personalized to your current needs.

You’ll then rest comfortably on the treatment table, fully clothed, covered with soft blankets if desired. As I place my hands lightly on or just above the body, Reiki energy flows where it is most needed. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm. Others simply drift into restorative stillness.

Reiki supports the nervous system, encourages energetic balance, and helps the body return to a state of harmony. Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, grief, or simply seeking grounding and renewal, each session is tailored to support your whole being—body, mind, heart, and spirit.
