Every healer’s path begins somewhere tender. Mine began with love, challenge, and a deep desire to bring peace where there was pain. What started as a search for calm and strength for my family has grown into a lifelong calling — to help others reconnect with themselves through the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki and the wisdom of the flower and crystal realms. This is the story of how healing found me, and how it continues to unfold every day.

My journey into healing began from a place of heartbreak, resilience, and fierce love for my daughters.

For many years, our family navigated complex challenges — my eldest lives with ADHD and epilepsy, and my youngest often had to adapt to the rhythm of medical appointments and hospital visits. In 2011, our world changed in ways no parent ever imagines, and life as we knew it was shattered. In the midst of deep pain and uncertainty, I searched for something — anything — that could help bring light and strength back into our lives.

That’s when Reiki found me.

I became a Reiki Master not as a career move, but as a way to help my daughters and myself begin to heal. Reiki offered us calm in the chaos, a sense of peace where there had been only fear, and a way for me to channel care when I felt helpless. It opened doors to other gentle healing modalities, like homeopathy and flower essences, that became vital companions on our journey.

Over time, Reiki gave me more than strength — it gave me purpose. As I supported my own family through crisis, I began to see how this practice could also help others find relief, resilience, and moments of stillness in their own storms.

Today, my daughters continue on their own healing paths, and I’m deeply grateful for how far we’ve all come. I have remarried a wonderful man who embodies kindness and the Sacred Masculine, and together we’ve built a life rooted in understanding and peace.

Reiki and flower essences remain at the heart of everything I do. They remind me that even in the darkest times, healing can bloom — gently, steadily, and with grace.
